    Low Level Goose

    Hi All,

Well I hardly dare post this amongst diving Kingfishers, Short Eared Owls, Woodpeckers, things I can only dream of seeing!!

Yesterday I popped in to some Fishing Lakes near me, ultra quiet, no one there, beautiful, tried something different and got down on the grass at the edge of the lake and shot as low as I could, makes a change from shooting birds in the drains which are 15 feet lower down.

You can only work with what you have and what's in front of the lens and you have made the most of it. Number 1 is excellent.

Lovely shots Paul, but the first takes my money. How lucky you are --- You got down in the grass, that's no problem to me - it getting back up again!

Thanks for looking Guys, am hoping some Swans will nest there.

Trev, my problem was getting down in the grass and avoiding the Goose Poo as well as getting back up again, I will definitely be going again though

              Well done Paul.

A low POV generally works well and I keep a large bin liner in my bag for just those occasions.

                  Very good indeed.
What you need is a boat with a bathing platform, that solves the laying in bird poo problem
