Excellent shot of a bird I have not had a lot of luck with
Good perch, background and the bug in his mouth

Thanks eveyone. The day I took this was a very rare day, when I had a lot of keepers. I processed the best of those at the time. Now after a bit more knowledge and hopefully a better eye for bird compostion, processed this one.

I was very fortunate the nest site was near the hide. Got covered in larvae hanging from trees, to get to the hide though. I had the camera on a tripod, so had plenty of chances to get a lot of shots, along with one in-flight shot that I posted a few months ago.

            Great shot! Agree with Stan!

I'm fortunate to have them visit my garden quite regularly, so I see them a fair bit... not been quick enough with the camera yet, so well done from me!

            All the best, Mike.
