                        Hi David, is this a portable hide you are using? If so may I make a suggestion? If you look at the images of the dunnock and coal tit in particular the direction of the light means the face of the birds is in shadow. In general its beneficial to have the light coming from behind you, this will light the face and give nice catch light in the eye. So if your hide is portable and it's possible to reposition it the images may have a bit more of an edge.

                              Up until today I only had the permanent hide that these shots were taken from. But if you see in EOS Pub section , today I now have a portable one. But due to large rocks & steep bank this is the only position I can get of my pond in the afternoon, wife keeps me to busy in the mornings to really get out. But thanks for the input. Dave
