    Catching the light

    Just saw how the sun was catching this Blackbirds beak & eye & with the dark background, liked the shot. Pity about the food in it beak, but every bird has young up here.

    Well caught David, don't think the food is a distraction, it natural. Same here everything is running/flying around with food.. We produce our own Meal Worms, the blackbirds just love them.

          Well seen and taken David, the food isn’t a problem for me as I think it is an example of their behaviour when they are feeding young
