    More common than Sparrows!

I don't normally dare peep over the parapet in the Birdies section as the standard is very high!
However I've just moved from one rental property to another (covid having messed up our house purchase ) and in our new house there is light and space and large views of sky.
Sitting in the study with french windows open I heard this chap and his mate calling and swooping into next door's garden. I grabbed the camera and stepped forward and this guy was just overhead
Think I'm going to enjoy this house more than the last one .......
Incidently this is Northants and kites are more common than sparrows!

Well done Barbara, cracking image, I’ll look forward to seeing some more images of them.

A friend of mine has these regularly visiting his garden in Henley on Thames. Should you wish to steal them from your new neighbours garden try tempting them with some chicken scraps
