        Excellent pic Trev, I saw one at Pulborough wild brooks a couple of years ago and did get a pic but it was way too distant for anything decent and gone by the time I got nearer.

                    Thanks everyone. Involved a bit of fieldcraft this one, it was coming in every morning, drinking from the pond then conducting a regular pattern around the garden which I noted over a few days. Eventually setting myself up under some Laurel - the rest is history!
