    Raven

Happened to look out into the garden and saw this raven, initially on the lawn before moving onto the bird bath; not seen one in the garden before especially as I live in a town on the coast. Not its normal territory I would have thought.

Definitely a grab shot, I was pleased that he was still there when I returned with the camera, he flew off a few seconds later.

Nice one, looks to be a juvenile, hence reason it may be a bit off course, although they do breed on coastal cliffs.

Thanks Trev. It was definitely off course, there aren’t any coastal cliffs anywhere near me, its all flat land. The nearest would be east of Brighton.

Well captured. Number 2 edges it for me with the catch light in the eye.
