    Kestrel 12/06

Looks like the story for 2021 is coming to an end.

Missed a few days, probably at wrong time.

    This morning saw this
Kestrel 54 by tblake2007, on Flickr

Only one chick in the nest, the rest had fledged. Started looking round and found one on a window ledge
Kestrel 52 by tblake2007, on Flickr

And another asleep on another ledge

The female was keeping an eye on me

Quite possible the other chicks were near by but I didn't spot them.

              Thanks so much for feedback.

Always a bitter sweet time when they fledge. Great to see to see the young take wing but a bit of a sad time to think the story is over for another year.

              Roll on next year.
