    This cormorant was posing in the cklassic manner but unfortunately I only had my EFS 55-250mm with me so this is the best I could manage.

    Nice capture Nigel, think I may have chopped off two foot of the post, bring the bird a bit more central frame

      Thanks Trev. I did think about chopping some off but I had to push the exposure a bit in post and the old 40D tends to get a rather visibly noisy when I do that so I chickened out...
