    Small unknown

I grabbed this shot on a visit to a local wildfowl and wetlands centre; I've no real idea which species it is and hope someone will be able to assist.
I've tried on line and wondered if it is a grey wagtail? No idea what so ever if it is male or female, adult or juvenile.
    Don't know much really!
sorry about the quality, had my 24-105 (why? I knew where I was going so why not take my big lens??) and it was an angle shot from a way back in a hide.

All help and comments gratefully received.

Thanks Trevor, I was not sure of the identification as I had not seen this bird before.
