I didn't use any flash this time so the catchlights are from the natural light. Heres another, not so tight and with more subdued catchlight

Nice work. I love the way the background compliments the bird's colouring. Great detail too.
I thought catchlight was just the general term for the light caught in the eye, I didn't realise it was specifically for flash. But you knew what I meant ;)

I would think of them being present either from a dlash or the natural light
