That is a very pleasing picture - I could see that in A4 on the wall!

Would love to see one of these. Do you know what it is eating? Looks a bit like a scorpion (which would also be nice to see - from a distance)!

Thank you Brian. I had to be careful whilst trying to photograph it, the path edge gave way very easily, as I found out on a couple of occasions.

I think it is a small lizard that it has in its beak

            Raymon your welcome

            Regards

William, If you were walking on paths in the Blue Mountains the last thing you want to do is slip as it is a long long way to the valley floor.

This makes me feel homesick, thanks for posting.
Where else did you go around Sydney???

                Hi David

We did a day trip to the Hunter Valley, to sample some wines; and spent the rest of the time doing the usual tourist things in Sydney

                  Re: Kookaburra

Hunter Valley Wines are very very good and the best are consumed in Aus.
So, Darling Harbour, Bridge climb, Bondi, Manly Ferry, Opera House.

I will be back there Thursday week.... cannot wait.... Sydney, Canberra (family Christmas), Melbourne (family wedding), Phillip Island and the evening Penguin Parade plus "another" Koala Park, 90mile beach, Lakes Entrance, Eden, Canberra, Sydney then back to the UK.
