More short-eared owls (sorry)

At the risk of repeating myself, here are some more photos of Short-eared owls!
I have been back to Salisbury Plain a couple of times since the last photos as I am finding these birds addictive. Luck was on my side today as the sun was out and the birds started to hunt fairly early in the afternoon allowing me to keep the ISO down.
Watching 3 owls hunt whilst using the car as a hide. The heater on and football on the radio - HEAVEN!

Hi treff,
#'s 1 and 4 were with a Canon 500 F4, whilst the other 2 were taken with a 1.4 converter attatched (because the light was so much better at that time).
