    Ruby and her stick

5D3_3785 by John Leah, on Flickr

The secret of good pet and children photography is to get down to their level so here I lay flat on the lawn but, no sooner had I taken the shot, than Ruby got up and stuck her nose right into my lens!

What a lovely shot John of an equally lovely dog. Fully agree, getting down to their level if possible.

Well captured John, Ruby was being curious in the second image, probably wondering if the camera was a better plaything than her stick, or even better was it edible!
