    Struggling with linking to images on Flikr - another "test" post - still learning!

    Nice composition, however I feel it is a touch over exposed. IMO, you need to dual down the highlights, add some contrast & Saturation to make it pop a bit.

      Very sharp and you've caught an interesting expression. To me it's a just cropped too tight. I'd like some room in the frame in the direction he's looking and for his ears.

        Hey Tom & Guesty,

        Many thanks for your comments - I've tried some adjustment of highlights contrast & saturation as you suggested - I think it is a real improvement, thanks for the guidance.

        The image is as shot - not cropped so no options there....I also quite liked the close crop but thanks for the thoughts.
