Like your US bridges from an architectural PoV ... but I'm not too sure about the processing ... I keep looking ;-)

The first one does not work so well for me as you start to follow the weir and then the perspective means it gets 'lost'.
But with the second image the weir leads more clearly to the bridge which is good.
The processing is tricky, I like the look, but the bridges could maybe be a bit lighter.

Like the sky in the first one and the water in the second, pity you couldn't swap them about Tom.

Second one for me. The slip on the waterfall really leads you into it. Very nicely edited so that it meets the corner.

I think the first one would benefit from leveling the bridge (about 0.6 degrees)? The second one does have a lot of fairly empty foreground. I considered cropping the first one until the bridge was half-way, 1/3 or 2/3 down the image, but they didn't seem an improvement.
                I prefer the first.
Would colour, or alternate B&W treatment, be worth a go? Also colour might help bring up the reflections on the water, which in the second pic are pretty indistinct?
Moving water is exciting to stitch but can't see any issues at this size.
                Just some ideas/thoughts...
