Directly behind the camera position but a number of miles across the moor is the farm from the TV series "Our Yorkshire Farm" .
Plus the long distance walk "The Pennine Way" crosses the same area, mind you at 268 miles that is bit of a trek, but you could call in to the Tan Hill Inn ( highest pub in England) for refreshments, it was very busy when we went passed it on our way to Reeth.

Wonderful view Peter, I always do the opposite journey to you - starting at Reeth then driving up through Buttertubs before heading through Kirkby Stephen and along the A66 to home.7D, 400D, EF-S 15-85 f3.5/5.6, EF 100 f2.8 USM macro, Sigma 10-20 f4/5.6, Sigma 70-300 f4/5.6 APO, Sigma 50 f1.4, EF 28-90, EF 90-300, Sigma 150-600C, 430 EXll, Yongnuo 568 EX ll, Yongnuo Triggers, Yongnuo YN14-EX Ring Flash
