    WW 1 Officer Medic

At the Great Dorset Steam Fair this year there is a WW1 tribute display to commemorate the centenary anniversary of the First World War
There is an authentic replica Western Front trench system together with steam and historic vehicles from the 1914 -1918 conflict and manned by re inactors. It is planned for the display will remain in place until the 2018 Great Dorset Steam Fair to coincide with the hundredth anniversary of The Armistice.

It a nice shot Stan and well exposed, but not keen on the composition a little too much dead space on the right there looks a lot more interesting things going on towards the left.

Nice exposure, but would agree with Paul on cropping out that dead space. Also IMO this would be a candidate for BW conversion since it is a WW1 image.

Nicely lit with lovely tones and textures but agree with the other comments re composition.
I'm no expert but I don't see that as a WW1 uniform - more like WW2 and US.

            Cheers,

              thanks for looking guys

As to composition, this shot is the full frame and the room is no more than a "broom cupboard" and shot from standing in the doorway. This is very little missing from the left side and I kept the space on the right to include whatever it is on the wall

however, here is a crop and a mono conversion for consideration.

No idea in regard to the uniforms
