    Self Portrait of the Tog

I had to do a self-portrait for a visa application, and then I thought I would see if I could improve it:

5Dmkiii with 24-105mm on a tripod, attached to my computer for live view and fired via the computer. 1/200sec, f14, ISO400 (on automatic), 73mm

Just a bit of fun..., but interesting what you can do in LR4.

I was hoping the improved picture would be Marilyn Monroe.

Cross-dressing is not my thing... chaque-un a son gout! However, if a Marilyn Monroe look-alike turns up amongst my photographs, she will appear here first!

                Are spectacles allowed?

I ask, because when I got a new biometric passport last year I had to take mine off for the photo. Also, haven't helped myself by being clean-shaven in the photo and now have a goatee........ took some explaining to the Immigration guy at Cancun airport in September

Given that the country involved are looking for a file under 18kb I think you could put a photograph of a chimpanzee and they would not know the difference (no comments needed!). I should have used my iPhone! LR couldn't produce a file small enough!!! Also, since this was a self-portrait - no glasses, no picture!

Thanks for looking Raj, Nat and Stephen. Funnily enough, as a chartered accountant I obviously studied tax, but dropped it as soon as I could. That is why it took me until last night to file my return, with payment going in today - the last day!
