    Self Portrait

Set-up my home studio to practice with some lighting. The 1st image I did using a 60X90 cm Softbox w/egg create and with a 580EX set to 1/4 power:

    Camera: SL1 (100D)
    Lens EF 24-105 f/4L

    1/60 sec @ f/4, ISO 400 @ 93mm

Processed in LR Silver Efex pro. This next image is the above image, but I next processed it through Analog Efex Pro using the Wet Plates

The next image I used a old pro master flash 7500 set to 1/4 power but this one I has a grid over the flash.
    1/60 sec @ f/4, ISO 400 @ 88mm

This one I ran it through LR and Silver Efex Pro, opting for some High contrast for this image. I then took this image and ran it through Analog Efex Pro using the Wet Plates

Which one do you like? Comments Welcomed

Nice set Tom I prefer the first one the solid B/W ones a bit too dark but that may just be my monitor

Interesting set Tom I think I like the original (1st) better, it seems to work for me, of the others the last ones brings detail back which was lost in the previous, but a successful attempt at something a little different

          Kind Regards

                      Re: Self Portrait

Like those Tom. I might be tempted to explore cropping no 3 because there is an awful lot of black.

I say this rather hesitantly because I get really annoyed with judges in competitions who are always telling us to crop photographs right down - IMHO there is nothing wrong with some space, but in this case, I feel it might be too much.

Anyway, I will stop waffling on now!

Tom really like the last 2 images, I prefer to be the other side of the camera too scary to be in front of the lens
