Lockdown Selfie

Got my new Sigma 85mm 1.4 Art lens and been itching to try some portrait photos.
Lockdown has meant that is a bit difficult and my better half gave me 'THE LOOK' when I suggested she model for me.

Ho hum, needs must......Selfie time it is then...Doh!!

Anyhow, here are a few efforts

The exercise was mainly to play with the new lens and also with the new wireless trigger system I have got.
It allows me to use my studio lights and speedlites at the same time .
All good fun, although I would prefer to test it all out for real with a proper model.
Soon hopefully, when the world gradually returns to normality .

Since the lens arrived I have been using if for cat photos as no chance to do any portrait work through lockdown......That is until I decided I had to play, so me it is lol!
I'll post up a picture in animals and nature using this lens. I have hardly had it off the camera since it arrived. I'm super in love with it
