    Lemons and a pepper!

Well, I've not been around for a while, and I've missed this place! So I thought I would come back with a splash! I have just bought a new R kit, with the 24-105 and adapter. So, I should be here a bit more again.

This is the first I've used it really, so let me know what you think.

All shot with the R, at iso100, f8, 1/200, with overhead strobe

      Re: Lemons and a pepper!

In the first two the lemon is a bit close to the bottom edge and sadly the pepper has gone past it. Bearing in mind how tricky the timing is on this sort of enterprise I wonder if you might not be better off in portrait format to give yourself a fraction more space and time to work with...

Nevertheless the 3 lemons are rather good - especially the 3rd...

Well done. EOS R, definitely not a lemon though. Enjoy your new purchase.

Don't you get a bonus spin for three lemons?

Good work Garry - the third lemon is favourite for me.

Very good, like them. I'm always thinking about trying something like this but never seem to have the time

good effort and it's number 1 for me.

I second El Sid's thoughts re portrait orientation, not just to get the capture but also to augment the feeling of downward movement
