As the paralympics draws to a close and team GB have excelled again I thought back to 2012 when I went up to London for the olympic parade and thought I would share a few images with you.

Great set Brian. -- and what an incredible team we have in Tokyo again this time round, 100 medals. I have the greatest admiration for what they achieve despite their disabilities. I know many Ex servicemen some good friends who have lost limbs, one both legs and a arm. But what they undertake and achieve is just incredible.
