    GWR Small Prairie 4500 Class No. 4555

    Visiting loco GWR Small Prairie 4500 Class No. 4555 is seen at Hood Bridge working the 10.30 Buckfastleigh to Totnes Riverside on the 14th March during the ‘Spring Steam Gala’ on the South Devon Railway.

    Nice shot Colin,I've been on that line.Is the palm tree still on the platform opposite the main one at Buckfastleigh station?

    Also,is the otter sanctuary still there at Buckfastleigh?

      Yes the tree is still there and also the Otter/Butterfly Sanctuary.

          Hi Colin, Lovely shot. One of my favourite haunts, last time we were out it was at the Dartbridge Inn. When all this is over we must have a meet up - my round!
