    70000 ‘Britannia’ running as 70022 ‘Tornado’

    I thought it was the Summer………...I got soaking wet waiting for this steam train!

    BR Standard Class 7 No: 70000 ‘Britannia’ running as 70022 ‘Tornado’ and D1935 (47805) on the rear is seen approaching Goodrington station on the Dartmouth Steam Railway working the 1Z27 09:07 Bristol Temple Meads to Kingswear "The English Riviera Express” tour on the 2nd August 2020.

    That's a great shot Colin, I never went as no doubt you read . How can they change the name of a train. To me that's like changing the name of a ship, they just don't do it.

          Well captured Colin - I'm glad that I was not the ony one to get wet! I just hope it remains dry for the return.
