Britannia/Tornado passing Cockwood Harbour this evening.
Now the question I ask, if this is Britannia 70000 dressed up to be Tornado 70022. Do they repaint the number on the side of the cab. I can see its quite easy to change the number and name plates on the front, they look to be bolted on. Where's Colin W when you need him, he will know

Worth your trip out I would say - I assume it's those railings that lead to your comment regarding the suitability of the viewing position.

You are right, the front number and name plate are bolted on and as far as I know the number under the cab is painted.

John yes, but it seems a popular location for a lot of photographers, the reason I think you can park and it don't involve any walking.
