Nice composition, the diagonal line works well, nice and sharp, good light and colour too, only one negative I can think of is the foliage on the Right, I know it is well out of focus but I find it a tad distracting. Just my opinion though, feel free to ignore.

I wonder if it would look good in B&W too?

I only noticed the foliage later. It was only grass so it could have been removed.

Apart from the oof foliage, good colours and reflections. There is a lot of detail in this shot but you cant appreciate it at the size you posted - 800 px on the longest side would be much better
