One of my students has bought an R10. I was helping her to set it up and was amazed to find that it is even more complicated than my R6. I had bought her a full set of manuals from the EOS magazine shop and was disappointed to find these not as well written as they should be (No fault of EOS magazine shop as they are reproductions of the official Canon Manuals). My student is Lithuanian but speaks excellent English but thought it was her. I assured her it was not.
Once we sorted all the setup issues out, I had a chance to use the Camera. It is an incredible camera for the money, producing very good results. Shame about the manuals and the menu complexity. I do hope not too many novices will be put off by these two points as once setup it is a lovely little camera to use.
