Interesting new (to me) website

I was recommended this site the other day and the quality of photos on it are very good.

The site seems to be a cross between Flickr, Facebook and Twitter all rolled into one. It is free after registration providing you don't post more than 20 photos a week. Photos get voted on by the members and you can also comment on the photos. It seems fast in operation with members from all over the world.
