    Blue Tree and Girl

Silly picture, really. Was passing St Pauls churchyard in London a few days back with the 7D and assorted lenses packed in the camera bag when I saw this young lady climbing a blue-painted tree (part of, I believe, a work of art - lots of the tree trunks in the churchyard had been painted blue). If I had unpacked the DSLR the moment would have passed, but was able to whip out the little pocket Ixus from my shirt pocket and record this silly scene -

    Cheers, Chris.

Nice quick shot Chris, however if you walked a couple more feet/meters forward would of made a better composition.

Thanks. Yes, agree, Tom, about viewpoint - her friend who was taking a photo would not have had people in the shot but the side of St Pauls...... But, this was a fleeting moment and as Nat says it shows the benefit of carrying a compact.
        Cheers, Chris.
