    Llangynog

A busy couple of days, Monday I recceed a walk in the Berwyns.

    1. The view toward England

    2. An old air shaft

    3. A new foot bridge

Note the fence stopping access to bridge!

    4. The high part of Pistyll Rhaeadr

    5. Moel Sych (2713') and Cadair Berwyn (2713')

    Left these for another day.

    6. The Green Green Bracken of Home

    All taken with a G10.

Postscript - All didn't go to plan ... on the slight variation on the return I passed a farm and noticed the farmer lying on the farmyard floor and his sheep dog came running to me ... to get me to help. Transpires he had been there for 5 hours. His son was as Welshpool selling some lambs. Anyway he had fallen and couldn't get up. I tried to help ... but he was a dead weight. Eventually with the help of the dead sheep bin (pardon my English, but the pong was something else), his stick and me got him on his feet. He had a laugh when I said Welsh farmers normally point a shotgun at me. Ah well.

Do like the shot of the falls. You've caught the colour all around it very nicely imho.

Lucky farmer.. some would have carried on walking.
