    MOSI

Treated SWMBO to a ticket for MamaMia in Manchester. So I had a wander ... the museums (free) are well worth a visit. Always travel with my G10 as a minimum.

    1. I liked this juxtaposition of old and new

Well Agecroft No.1 is actually not so old (1948) ... an 0-6-0ST built by RSH in Newcastle.
The Beetham Tower was finished in 2006 and with 47 floors is 7th tallest building in England.

    2. Another view of Agecroft No.1

Sorry for big image (done on purpose to show potential of a G10)

Oh Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) in Manchester.

I agree with Nathaniel. I also like the juxtaposition of old and new when the opportunity arises.

Oh. Like them... old building infront of modern sky scapers... I confess I like the old building best.
