Just a thought if you use HDMI you will be limited to 1920 resolution but if you use DVI you will get the max resolution from your monitor of 2560

Cheers Alan, much appreciated :) I wondered why I couldn't get the maximum resolution via HDMI but now I'm at 2560 via DVI. Thanks again.
And I'm glad to say it's a great buy! It makes viewing and editing SO much easier, and I can even see which shots are in focus now ;) lol
I'm relieved to say that it doesn't 'expose' my smaller files either, and even the shots from my old Pro1 don't look too shabby either.
