Stupid Question- Adobe Flash player

    Stupid Question- Adobe Flash player

    I have tried several times to install the flash player and find that I cannot go beyond step 2. I first of all click on "install", which is step one.Then I get step 2 which asks- run or save it, and whether I click run or save it, I don't get on to step 3. Each time I click on "save it" I don't know where it is "saved" either.
    I have got Windows vista.

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    its been a while since I've used windows but it should be "run" and will self install - try looking in your downloads folder and you may find a folder called Adobe or Flash and if so double click that and it will either self install or there will be a folder / icon called install within that folder

      Nat you should find it in your downloads (big downward pointing arrow on the right hand side of the top Menu Bar)

        Thanks folks. Yes, it was in the downloads and everything is fine. I wanted to see the e-card sent by my ex-wife for my 80th birthday,today!

                            Thanks John, Chris and Ian. The avator pic is not too old (2013)but was at a time when I took the trouble to "colour" my hair a bit!!
