30D. Now keep it in the boot of the car so I always have a camera with me. Upgraded to a 70D and currently using a 90D. (Must have a thing about odd numbers!)

My first Canon Digital was a 10D. That camera did a sterling job for me before being passed on to another young photographer who used it for a couple of years. She still has it, won't part with it as it was the camera that she learned photography on.Alan
No longer using Canon but still teaching new Canon users (and others) the gentle art of Photography.

My first digital camera was the Canon Powershot S10 - purchased while on holiday in the USA Nov 1999 - not a bad camera for the time 2.1MP only problem was the US version didn't come with rechargeable battery. It used a single use Lithium CR5 which were about £9 each and lasted for about 25-30 pictures at most. That made it more expensive to use than film. After a year or so I managed to get the rechargeable battery and charger.
I then moved to a Fuji bridge camera, for the longer focal lengths. My first DSLR was the 300D in August 2003 purchased not long after it launched, then the 20D in Nov 2004, 5D in 2007 7D in 2012 and 5DMkIII now.

My first digital camera was a Canon PowerShot 350 at 0.3mp and a lengthy period processing the image before the next one could be taken. I still have it and occasionally put a couple of AA batteries in it and remind myself how far digital photography has progressed. My first DSLR was the Canon EOS D30 which I still have and use from time to time.
