Dead pixels on sensor

On my Newish EOS800D (Feb. 2019) I have a few dead pixels, they only show up on dark or black backgrounds. Should I be concerned?

You can try this , it normally takes three or four attempts , worked on my 5Dmklll a couple of times so far , it`s an easy fix when enhancing but annoying to see , and once you know where it is you tend to look for it , so I hope the fix works for you .
