    Zoom Query

On my EOS 80D i often zoom in to 100% to check for sharpness, but this involves 3 or 4 presses of the zoom in button ,is there a way on the 80D i can press a button once to get to 100% then press again to get back to zero.Thank You greyhound

I don't have one to hand (Have an EOS R), but if you look in the playback menu see if there's an option labled Magnification (apx) - You can increase the playback magnification so when you hit the zoom button t can jump in to a higher magnification more quickly. - I got that tip from the Canon Chat team at - https://www.canon.co.uk/canonlive/li...rce=bigpicture If you pop over there, the folk there may be able to help you out too.

Other than saying that you can Press and Hold the magnifying button to zoom in until it hits its maximum then No, I don't think there's a one press button

Equally - Press and Hold on the button to its immediate left reverses the effect back to normal size
Canon EOS R5, R6 plus the usual suspects ......

You can get back to normal view instantly by pressing the Play button at any time, and If you have a magnified view, rotating the wheel (round the SET button) moves you to the next image while retaining that magnification setting.
