    EOS 5D Mk 4

I have 2 5D Mk4 bodies. one is 3 years old, the second 2 years old - shutter counts 18.6k and 16.3k respectively. I have the memory cards set to two separate copies of each image sometimes RAW and Largest jpg; other times both on largest jpg. I normally photograph wildlife, particularly birds and have shutter set for either high speed speed or high speed silent multiple shots. In the last few days I have noticed that it is taking 5-6seconds to write each photo to write to the cards (on the high speed settings)

I have tried changing the cards; has no effect; reloaded the latest firmware v. 1.2.1, no effect. The only thing I can find different (between the two camera bodies) is the menu screen for setting image size is not illuminating the two smaller RAW settings. Tried all settings and even single shots are taking the same time to write.

Any tips? Screen shot of the image size menu - on the camera working normally all the possible settings illuminate the smaller RAW settings are not illuminated.
