EOS RP or 6D mkII?

Hi. I've owned a 5D mk1 for several years and am wanting to upgrade it to a newer model. I can't afford a new 5D mkIV so I'm looking at either an RP or a 6D mkII. I enjoy landscape and architecture photography and have been an EOS user since 1992 when I had an EOS 10. I use mostly EF prime lenses for sharpness and usually with a tripod.

What are your recommendations between these two? Does anybody have any alternatives, preferably full frame not APS-C?

It depends on your budget....as you use a tripod I suspect fast focus /tracing for action is not required...why not go for the R, it’s sensor is similar to the 5D4....though focus wise I’ve been impressed with my R at under 10s football £1369 at HDEW!!
thats without adaptor for EF/RF....which is cheaper elsewhere.
