I have been using the R6 in the studio for monochrome shoots. It is nice to have a black and white viewfinder when composing the shots. This has allowed me to really put the the Eye/Face focussing through its paces. The only light in the studio was the modelling lights which I hade turned right down so as not to blind the models and also to keep the pupils fairly well dilated, so it wasn't very bright. Over three shoots I took almost 2,000 images using several different lenses. The focussing system was a dream and only failed to achieve focus in a handful of cases all of which were easily sorted.
I have also tried it on running dogs and horses and again the results have been very impressive.
