Another 7D firmware upgrade question

I have downloaded the .dmg file for the v.2 firmware. The dmg file size is 19.3 MB. The size of the FIR file is 17.5 MB. The Canon website says the file size should be 18.4 MB. The instructions for upgrade state that you need to verify the file size, and if it is not the same as that stated on the website, to download it again. I have done this, but the results are the same. I have downloaded from the US and UK sites, with the same results. Can someone who has successfully upgraded to version 2 of the firmware tell me what the correct file size is?

7d000200.fir is 17,462,140 bytes

MX5, thanks for prompt response. "Get Info" on the FIR file confirms the detailed file size.

The .dmg file is for users of Mac OS whilst the .zip file is for users of Windows OS.
I am sure that the file downloaded from CANON is the correct file size for your computer's OS.
