Have switched to Mac from PC. Got DPP and Imagebrowser working ok - and managed to install a DPP version/updates that will handle both the 400D and 60D raw files (CR2). But I also have an old G3 which produces CRW files.
DPP cannot view them (grey square with cross through it) so also cannot edit them, and Imagebrowser can view but cannot edit them.
DPP version 3.12.52.1
Imagebrowser version 6.6.0.12(8L)
Canon UK's support pages are, as ever, less than intuitive in explaining which bits of software / upgrades do what or are needed for what.
Anyone had a similar experience and figured out a solution?
