Sync two images in Photoshop

If I firstly focus on the foreground then focus on the background in a second handheld shot, how do I get them to line up properly, one on top of the other in Photoshp CS4.
There is always a slight movement between the two shots.

Hi, have you tried 'auto align' or 'auto blend' (in stack mode)? They can be accessed via the edit menu when you have stacked the two images as layers. :)
