Can someone please tell me what is the difference between Photoshop and Photoshop Express, and similarly what is the difference between Lightroom and Lightroom Classic?

Photoshop Express and Lightroom are both "Apps" that are designed for use on a smart phone/ tablet, with the images taken on a smartphone being stored in the Cloud (Adobe Cloud Servers)
Both Photoshop and Lightroom Classic form part of Adobe's Photographers package that is a subscription service. The package also includes other Apps such as Photoshop Express and Lightroom, some times referred to as Lightroom Cloudy.
Lightroom classic as well as being a capable image processing application it also includes a Digital Asset Management (DAM) feature. This feature creates a catalogue of the images that you download from your camera onto your computer. IHTHPeter
