    It is an interesting subject to photograph. Two things, IMO would improve the overall image: An ND Filter to slow down tour shutter speed to smooth out the sharpness of the waves and a ND Grad...

    Very nice image Bill. IMO I think that if you remove the foreground where the grass is growing from the sidewalk, it would be a stronger image compositionally.
