Re: What next for "L" lenses?

The RF 24-105 f4 that came with my R is an L lens, and it is an absolute belter!

    Re: Amber

Thanks Alan, I appreciate the comments. Editing I know is a very personal thing, but I tend to stay away from the plastic look, and not touch faces unless I've messed up focus The R nails focus...

Thanks Brian, she was a great model. The lighting was good to use. Not done much studio work, and really enjoyed using all their gear!

    Thanks Again,

    Amber

A few from a studio session with Amber. Loving the R!
All shot at 80-85mm, with RF 24-105, F8, 1/200, iso100. Mixture of strobes, including a Alien Bee for the main light and a gelled strobe for the...

    Re: EOS 250D

    Apologies, my mistake
I was told by a canon rep at aWEX open day that Canon were going down the route of trying to limit 3rd party products, and this, along with firmware to recognise batteries...

    Re: EOS 250D

I don't know about the 250, but the grip for the R has a PC port, but, the R also has a centre contact for third party flash. The RP on the other hand does not, which is one of the reasons I went for...

    Re: Is this forum dying?

This is an interesting thread to come back to! I have been one of those that used to post quite a few pictures, but bought into another brand, so couldn't post. I am now back to EOS, so will be back...

    Lemons and a pepper!

Well, I've not been around for a while, and I've missed this place! So I thought I would come back with a splash! I have just bought a new R kit, with the 24-105 and adapter. So, I should be here a...

    Re: Exposure triangle advice

This is quite a handy little cheat sheet. Work out your priority for your particular shot, then work the other settings around that. Sounds over simplistic I know, but it is a good starter. 16703

I never got a chance to examine the inner workings, but I was very impressed. The lack of a dual card slots never occured to me as an issue, but I see online that...

    Re: Kseniya in Autumn Colours

    Hi John, thanks for commenting.

Regarding the R, you know what it's like when you've got a new toy to play with! Seems like nothing else will ever be good enough!

    It's no doubt a great...

    Re: Cars From Cuba

It is a very impressive camera, and so light, even with a 24-105 on it. I did think it a bit plasticy though, mind you, I was compairing it to my 1ds at the time, which is built like a tank!

    Kseniya in Autumn Colours

Hi all, I've not posted much recently, for various reasons, one of which I bought a Sony and have been using it quite a bit. But, I dusted off the 1ds ii on Sunday and went out with it to Kelvingrove...
