    Thanks Colin,it was my first time there.I didn't know what shops were there before the coffee shops took over,to me the whole area was full of character,and characters too!

    Let me take this a step further;If a street performer strikes a pose when he/she sees a telephoto lens,is the resulting shot less worthy and a'lie'because they posed?

    Thanks Nigel,you're right..it shouldn't work,but happily it does.

    The colour original looks very flat and does nothing for me at all,which is why I decided on mono.

    Thank you John,I'd moved across to platform 2 to wait for my return train.The shot was taken from my seat.

    I hope to go back there next month to get some twilight shots,I think the station...

    I'm tempted to go back there soon,but just before dusk this time.I get the feeling the whole place will come alive with the lights on,but with some light left in the sky.
