    I gotta practice more..
Practice makes perfect. Landscape photography involves a lot of discipline. One has to wake up a few hours before sunrise and stay late after sunset twilight to get these shots. It is one genre in photography which differs from the others.

      Thanks, Andy.

      I used a Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L mk2 mounted on a Canon 5Dmk2 body.

Nothing to say other than "I am in awe" simple as that. . . . breathtaking images and hand on heart I cannot pick a favourite.

Superb landscapes, every one a winner.

I am invited to a family wedding in New Zealand at the end of this year, which I don't want to go to, but "She Who Must Be Obeyed" has decided we are going, so I can only put up token resistance.

Your pictures will encourage me to take my landscape kit ..................... and an alarm clock for those early mornings.

Colin, you'd be a fool not to. Spectacular scenery, friendly people, excellent food, wine and beer. Can't wait to go back in a couple of years.

Plan your trip ahead. There are lots of places to go especially in the South Island. Google those locations I have posted. It's worth every penny visiting NZ.

                      fantastic!
Sorry I've not been around much. Sadly the ankle surgery and carpal tunnel surgery have both been unsuccessful, so have to wait and see what happens next. I hope to be shooting a lot more in the future!

I couldn't have said it better myself.

NZ is a beautiful country (particularly Southland) and you have more than done it justice with your shots.
