Andy I am one of many that hate Marmite.
I like this image, it's different and well taken.
I'm sure sure of the pink spoon, I feel a knife might be better (IMHO).

Unlike Stephen I do like Marmite and the image but tend to agree that maybe a knife would have been better. Thanks for sharing

Thanks very much for the comments. Originally I was going to post a pic with the standard large glass Marmite jar and a knife, then I remembered that I'd been bought the official Marmite pot and it came with the Marmite spoon supplied as shown in the image above. :)

I tried it once, in the interest of don't knock it until you've tried it.

For me, it's an instant trigger to projectile vomiting.

There was a fun survey a couple of years back. I googled it and came across this:

If I read it correctly 1/3 love it, 1/3 hate it the majority of the remainder aren't sure.

Marmite is like black gold here in our house and I ate the spoonful neat once I'd finished with the camera. Oh yes ... I can take it.

I used a 2nd hand EF28mm f2.8 for this picture, it's a lens that I'd bought from someone at work. I wasn't very impressed with it when I'd tried it out before, but having seen these 'closer' shots, I think I'll be using it a bit more often now.

At first I did not like Marmite but have grown to like it on toast,crackers and in soups. Very rich in vitamins. YOu might also like Yeast, which is very similar to marmite and somewhat cheaper!

My oh my does that bring back memories. Back on version 1.0 of the EOS Forum there was a running play on Marmite. Never knew which thread a picture of it would show up in.
