Sorry for the delay ... the curse of 503 again.
Led a 11 mile amble around south Cheshire / north Shropshire. Bit of road needed to get out of town, but thereafter muddy field followed by mussy field. With some tow path sections. I modified the route towards the last section of tow path to avoid yet more mud and flood. Weather-wise it stayed nice until we got to the coach and then it started raining.
1. Jackson's Bridge (on the Llangollen Canal)
Many footpaths were 'invisible' ... but fortunately this target was visible.
f/5.6 1/1000 ISO-100
2. Fortunately we aren't going that way
Path off tow path at Willy More Lock (again Llangollen Canal). Little bridge goes over the run race (canal overflow).
f/5.6 1/400 ISO-200
3. The Church in the field (literally)
St Chad's Chapel, Tushingham (Deeds dated 1349)
f/4 1/500 ISO-200
4. The Whitchurch Arm of The Llangollen canel
Just at sunset and no not HDR
f/4 1/125 ISO-800
5. Narrow Boat (No.1 Tinca)
f/4 1/50 ISO-400
6. The route
40D plus 17-40L as normal.
Feel free to report any technical or narrative blunders.
Thanks for stopping by.
